Study of technologies for industrial waste valorization
- exemple of whey and grease tank
Course objective :  This course proposes different strategies for limiting production of wastes and waste water in different industries by using sustainable technologies, potentialities of recycling or valorization of co-products.
After completing the course the student is expected to
- propose sustainable schemes of production by minimizing industrial rejects
- propose sustainable technologies according with industrial quality criteria
Prerequisites :  Knowledge of agricultural products and organic chemistry
