Course contents :  Elements to be taken into account for an integrated and participative management in basin into a context of sustainable development Analysis of IWRM models (Integrated Water Resources Management) and case studies in the European and local scale, applications in the developping countries
Course objective :  To supply methodological elements of analysis of IWRM models in the Developping countries To prepare the students for missions of coordination relative to the elaboration and to the implementation of IWRM programmes into the Developping countries
Prerequisites :  No prerequisites
Workshops :  Examination of concrete cases of IWRM models; visits; meetings with actors of the water; multidisciplinary integrated exercises; practical exercises in the context of the Developping countries
Organization :  Theoretical Course (12 hours) Practical exercices (12 hours): case studies; visits; IWRM in the Developping countries
Written notes :  Powerpoint Presentations; Internet references and biblio; examples of IWRM programmes in developping countries
Assessment :  Oral presentation and written report of a case study applied in developping countries
