Course contents :  This course is an in-depth description of judicial proceedings in which the notary is daily involved.
Are successively studied : all enforcement proceedings where the notary has a role to play (enforcement on land property and mortgage, garnishee order, fiscal and social enforcement,...), seals, inventory, divorce, auction sale of land and distributions.
Course objective :  This course is aimed at teaching future notaries and notary's assistants how to lead (and react to) the judicial proceedings they are involved in.
Prerequisites :  Belgian Judicial System and Judicial Proceedings, which are taught during Bachelor and Master studies, are absolute prerequisites.

Organization :  This course is taught durant the second semester.
Written notes :  Written supports are available to students, who are asked to contact the professors in this regard.
Assessment :  Assessment is made by an oral exam.
