| Course contents : | This course is an in-depth description of judicial proceedings in which the notary is daily involved. Are successively studied : all enforcement proceedings where the notary has a role to play (enforcement on land property and mortgage, garnishee order, fiscal and social enforcement,...), seals, inventory, divorce, auction sale of land and distributions. |

| Course objective : | This course is aimed at teaching future notaries and notary's assistants how to lead (and react to) the judicial proceedings they are involved in. |

| Prerequisites : | Belgian Judicial System and Judicial Proceedings, which are taught during Bachelor and Master studies, are absolute prerequisites. |

| Organization : | This course is taught durant the second semester. |
