Course contents :  The course first of all tends to draw the attention of the students to the hierarchy of the standards and more particularly the integration of the European rules within the framework of the Belgian legislation.
After this talk of integration, the general principles of the right are exposed before approaching various particular manners:

TITLE I : PRESENTATION OF THE RULE OF THE RIGHT
TITLE II : CONCEPT OF PUBLIC LAW
TITLE III : EUROPEAN UNION
TITLE IV : RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE
TITLE V : REAL RIGHTS
TITLE VI : CONTRACTS AND OBLIGATIONS
TITLE VII : COMPANY LAWS
Course objective :  The objective of the course consists in teaching with the students the basic concepts concerning of concepts of European civil, commercial and legal right, so that, conscious of difficulties which these matters can contain, they are able later on, in their capacity as engineers, either personally to avoid the principal pitfalls which can be presented, or to return to lawyers the specific problems which are subjected to them.

At the conclusion of the course, the student must have assimilated the great concepts of right being the object of the titles I, II, and III, but also a thorough general knowledge of the legal provisions of the people, goods and contracts, reason for which beyond the legal provision clarified with the course and in the syllabus, of many examples are presented in order to allow the memorizing of the stated rules.
