 |
| Course objective : | For future architects, it is increasingly important to study law, given the increasing role of law in the design and execution of housing projects.
Within the public law course, the basic characteristics of the Belgian state will be presented to allow students to better understand the powers and competences of the authorities which they will encounter during their professional and their private lives. The focus will be upon the elements which are most likely to be of interest to future architects. As far as possible, the examples are chosen with this in mind.
Then the questions of public law which are more directly linked to the practice of architecture will be studied: government contracts and some aspects of law relating to environment. |
