Course contents :  Reflexive trade-guild: to manage an accompaniment of future teachers in training course in order to invite them to reflect on their professional action.
Course objective :  To support in future teachers a step of analysis by mobilizing with its service various resources (the provision of observable on the practices (grids and video recordings), the confrontation from point of view in the duet and in widened group and theoretical lighting).
To engage of future teachers in a process of and change awakening of its teaching practices.
Organization :  Course "PEDA1157" is narrowly articulated with this training course of accompaniment:
- Each stage of the training course is prepared at the university.
- After each moment-key of the training course, the exchanges, the analyzes and the regulations are organized at the university (seminar of accompaniment of training course - SAS).

Stages of the training course:
- First meeting with the future teachers to agree on the sets of themes on which collaborations will be centered.
- Joint Observations of the Masters of training courses of the future teachers.
- Reflexive Accompaniment of the future teachers during their training course.
- Return on the accompaniments in small groups to the training institute of the future teachers (meetings the auto-one).

Assessment :  - performance in self-distancing evaluation, evaluating oneself as if evaluating someone else;
- part of training course report (quality of the built tools, analyzes and the setting in theoretical prospect).
