Course contents :  During the first year of the masters degree, all students will go on a placement worth 12 credits in a workplace where they can acquire and try out human resources management skills / expertise in the domain of work science.
The seminar aims to support students in their search for a placement and in their experience during the placement. Finally, the seminar helps students to structure their placement report.
Course objective :  The seminar has two objectives. On the one hand, it offers ways to understand the placement from a methodological point of view. On the other hand, it offers students a longitudinal follow-up of their fieldwork.
Organization :  How the seminars are organised
The seminars will be organised according to the themes dealt with, in the form of seminars based on contents or discussion sessions.

4. Bibliography

5. The requirements of the placement report (formal requirements, assessment criteria)


6. Présentation of the Master 2
Written notes :  The regulations for the placement as well as other documents will be distributed during the sessions.
Assessment :  Many working paper to assess the student.
