| Course contents : | This course presents a large overview of the main stakes linked to strategic performance in companies and organizations and proposes an in-depth presentation of the different managerial tools and techniques used to implement efficiently strategic management in companies confrontated with fast-evolving environment, uncertainty and fierce competition. |

| Workshops : | At the start of the course, students are grouped in 10 groups of 4 students
The course includes 5 sessions of 4 hours. Each session is composed by two theoretical presentations by two different groups and by two extended reviews of two case studies by two other groups. |
