Course contents :  Child neuropsychology: Specificity of child neuropsychology - Memory disturbances in children - Head injury in children - Attentional and executive troubles in children - ADHD.
Neuropsychology of aging: Classification and characteristics of dementia syndromes - Cognitive approach of Alzheimer's disease - Early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease - Working memory deficits in Alzheimer's disease - Clinical management of early Alzheimer's disease.
Course objective :  Child neuropsychology: presentation of the characteristics of child neuropsychology. Description of the main semiologies (memory disturbances, executive disturbances, ADHD, etc.).
Neuropsychology of aging: classification and neuropsychological semiology of dementia. Introduction to the early diagnosis and to the clinical and cognitive management strategies of dementia patients.
Prerequisites :  Course PSYC1013 "Neuropsychologie clinique".
Workshops :  None
Organization :  First semester of the master in psychological sciences (2 hours a week).
Written notes :  Lecture notes and articles related to the topics developed during the course.
Assessment :  Written or oral examination (depending on the number of students).
