Course contents :  - To analyze and criticize flexibility practices in companies

- To retain older workers in their job and anticipatory management personnel

- Career management

- Analysis of consequences of these topics as far as competencies management is concerned: competencies identification and assessment.
Course objective :  - To develop knowledge of students and their critical view on flexibility practices and changes encountered by workers in the work environment.

- To develop knowledge of students about the way to manage competencies in the framework of organizational changes (anticipatory management personnel, organizational changes, career transition and career management, etc.): competencies identification and competencies assessment.
Prerequisites :  Basis in work psychology (course of 2nd Bachelor 'Work Psychology')

Advised course : 'Strategic challenges of competencies management' (from JM Dujardin, HEC-School of Management)
Organization :  The course includes a part of traditional lessons and a part of private study periods to help students in their personal written work.
