| Course contents : | General and chronological panorama of Spanish literature from its origins to the present day. Readings and commentary on excerpts from representative works (in French translation or bilingual edition). |

| Course objective : | Knowledge of the main periods in Spanish literature: most important dates, authors and aesthetic movements. In addition, definitions for the most important genres and a consideration of their historical importance. |

| Prerequisites : | None. |

| Workshops : | Reading selections and literary works from Spanish literature (in French translation) and work on exercises. |
