Course objective :  1. to acquire knowledge effectiveness organisational diagnosis;
2. to know diagnostic tools organisational and particularly, those connected to the capacity of change of the organizations;
3. to develop competencies in the preparation, the implementation, the management of the transition and evaluation of an organisational change.
