Presentation of the normative and jurisprudential framework with regard to psychosocial risks

Presentation of the international, European, federal and conventional normative framework relating to staff well-being particularly from the point of view of the work-related psychosocial load.


Analysis of the Law of 4 August 1996, in particular, relating to the well-being of workers during the execution of their work and particularly its provisions relating to violence and psychological and sexual harassment at work, the Royal Decree of 17 May 2007 relating to the prevention of the psychosocial load caused by work, including violence, psychological or sexual harassment at work, the European framework agreement on stress and CCT no.72 of 30 March 1999 concerning the management and prevention of stress caused by work.
