| Course contents : | ...Presentation of the normative framework, international, European, Federal and conventional, related to the well-being in the workplace of workers, and more specifically in terms of the psychosocial stress caused by work.
Featured is an analysis of the law of August 4, 1996 relative to the well-being of workers during the carrying out of their tasks, especially the dispositions of the law related to violence and to moral or sexual harassment at work, the royal decree of May 17, 2007 relative to the prevention of psychosocial stress caused by work, including violence, moral or sexual harassment, and the European framework agreement on stress and the CCT n°72 of March 30, 1999 concerning management of efforts to prevent stress caused by work.
Also, analysis of the jurisprudence that has grown up concerning matters related to psychosocial stress caused by work.
