| To propose a gender analysis of the labour market:
* positioning of the men and the women on the labour market and in the organizations
* gender and choices of study
* part time job
* horizontal segregation and glass walls
* vertical segregation and glass ceiling
* equity and wage equality
* public policies and diversity planning supporting the equal opportunity man-women
* positive actions and discriminations
* gender and diversity |

| We propose several approaches:
- reevaluation of the literary significance of women writers;
- what may be specific in a woman's approach to the world, relations to oneself and to others (in works by male as well as female writers);

- describe genderrealities of the labour market
- to include/understand the impact of gender on these realities (stereotype, sexual division of work, segregation and hierarchisation)
