Course contents :  This course presents a large overview of the main stakes linked to strategic performance in companies and organizations and proposes an in-depth presentation of the different managerial tools and techniques used to implement efficiently strategic management in companies confrontated with fast-evolving environment, uncertainty and fierce competition.

Prerequisites :  Organization Theory AND Management Accounting
Workshops :  At the start of the course, students are grouped by subgroups of 5 to 6 members.

Three sessions are first dedicated to the theory. During these sessions, the following themes are described : how to characterize a firm ? which tools do we have to use to measure its performance ? how to present a performance audit ?

Students are then going into a company they choose and realize by themselves a performance audit. Each week they report what they have realized, which problems they encounter and how they wish to solve them.

At the end of the course, each group is presenting its performance audit.
