 | The partim "Obligations and Contracts Law" will be divided in problem lectures and practical lectures given by professionals. In these lectures will be studied practical cases as well as the drafting of contractual clauses. |
 | | European law |

 |
 | This part of the course is the extension of the European Institutional Law course taught by Professor WATHELET and aims to develop the knowledge of certain general principles resulting from the jurisprudence of the European Court of Justice.
This course is composed of two parts: the first one is dedicated to the principles that ensure increased efficiency in European law, while the second one is devoted to the principles that govern the European legislative process.
Student participation is greatly encouraged. If not, they will gain little from attending these classes |
