Course contents :  The course is made of different parts. First
co-ownership and joint-ownership will be examined, next easements, especially legal easements and after trust, surface right and emphyteusis.
Course objective :  To given a detailed study of property and main real rights.
Prerequisites :  law of property.
Organization :  Second semester : txo lessons a week.
Written notes :  Code civil and other legal dispositions are necessary. Detailed plan.
Assessment :  Oral or written exam in first session. oral exam in second session.
