| Course contents : | The course puts into practice the theoretical concepts acquired in the other courses of the "Procedures" curriculum.
Each case is based on an actual situation from the lecturers' professional experience as solicitors and is mostly studied through the documents provided by the federal tax administration to the taxpayer. |

| Organization : | Three five-hour sessions over the second trimester. |

| Written notes : | A documentation file will be provided for the cases studied during the course. |
