Course contents :  Training of future notaries in the drafting of deeds in the areas of real estate law (sales, joint ownership, allotments, emphyteosis, superficie, real estate leases) and of company law (setting up or transferring a company, statutory changes).
Course objective :  Starting from examples in real life students are invited to analyse and implement elements of civil law, fiscal law, administrative law and procedure that contribute to the drafting of the deed.

They have to study the preliminaries and the consequences of the deed in order to establish if it is appropriate to the outcome.
Prerequisites :  The course is intended for notaries and future notaries.
Organization :  The course, which involves students' participation, is taught on Friday mornings all through the academic year.
Written notes :  Course notes as well as examples of deeds and clauses to be analysed will be handed out to students.
Assessment :  Both a written and an oral examination on the whole course at the end of the academic year.
