| Course contents : | We focus on black letter Law. The main part is Town and Country Planning Law and related matters as Natura 2000, Cultural heritage, Soil pollution, Takings. We also have a glance at the State Real Estate Law |

| Course objective : | In the Belgian Federal State, the course mainly focusses on Walloon Town and Country planning Law but Brussels an Flemish Law won't be neglected |

| Prerequisites : | Const. Law and Adm. Law (Bac.) Droit public des biens et de l'environnement (1er Master) |

| Written notes : | Papers are available but need to be updated so the attendance is nearly mandatory
Recommanded documents will be indicated during the course. The most useful in the Code wallon de l'aménagement du territoire, de l'urbanisme du patrimoine et de l'énergie. Case Law is important. |
