| Course contents : | This course is divided into three parts.
The first part is devoted to the laws related to individual work relations; we will examine mainly the work contract and regulations pertaining to work, with a section focused on the influence of European law upon Belgian law, particularly in the area of business transfers and the equality of treatment of male and female workers.
The second part focuses on collective work relations; here we study organs of cooperative dialogue and negotiation, negotiated norms regarding workers' rights and collective conflicts at work.
The third part concerns the right to social security, and the rules for salaried workers who are subject to that regime. |
