Course contents :  Introduce to the teachers education profession (preservice training) will joining regards to professional competences development and trainer professional identity construction.
Course objective :  The professional competences aimed in the second part of this course is to construct and animate training activities which are directed to more egalitarian teaching :
- appropriating the contents at a level of analysis and synthesis;
- facilitating the appropriation of these contents by others;
- considering methodologies which make it possible on the field.
Prerequisites :  P157 - Teacher education methodology - first part
Workshops :  Development and setting of the training activities.
Organization :  Three hours seminars distributed over the first and the second period. On the basis of a book and reading course, the student have to prepare and animate training activities.
Written notes :  A book will be available in december 2007 : J. Beckers, Développer les compétences et l'identité professionnelle en formation initiale : L'enseignement et autres métiers de l'interaction humaine.
Reading course made up of articles resulting from the recent research literature.
Assessment :  The evaluation relates on the comprehension of all the texts of the reading course, the preparation and the animation of the training activities dealt with. An additional oral exam for borderline cases is envisaged.
