| Course contents : | Introduce to the teachers education profession (preservice training) with joining regards to professional competences development and trainer professional identity construction. |

| Course objective : | The first partim is aimed to - stimulate the reflexion on the legal framework and the context of the teacher's work; - teach the concepts and theories which found the development of professional competences and the construction of a trainer professional identity; - develop the accompaniment competencies of futurs teachers' practice is a reflective approach; - favor the conceptualization of this first macro-competence of a trainer : the accompaniment. |

| Workshops : | - Lived situations and tools analyze, video documents, case studies... - Using of the videoscopy in formation for future teachers and for themselves. - Individual supervision. |

| Organization : | The development of the course and the didactic exercises is very narrowly articulated with the first training course (reflexive apprenticeship) :
- Anticipation and preparation of the tasks to be carried out on the ground (practical works). - Exchange, analyzes and regulation after each moment-key (accompaniment seminars). - Conceptualization and theorization (theoretical courses). |
