Course objective :  This course aims at getting students used to the terminology & the techniques found in insurance contracts, & to the obligations imposed on insurance companies by the law.
Prerequisites :  DT 301 Introduction to Private Law and Law of Contract
Organization :  - Presentation of the principles illustrated by examples inspired by the international experience of the teacher.
- Newspaper & magazine articles are commented in the light of current events.
- A syllabus of the course will be available, together with copies of media used in class (transparencies, ...).
