2. Outranking methods
- ELECTRE methods
- PROMETHEE methods, ...
- choice & use of these methods, applications on real cases

3. Decision trees and bayesian analysis, application to real problems
Course objective :  - Introduction to multiple criteria decision making methods - Show the subjective aspects of a decision making problem - Present & deal with the multicriteria aspects of a decision making problem


To apply decision trees and bayesian analysis to strategic problems
