| Course contents : | This course is organized after an introduction course (on level of 2 e BAC) and has as objective to present any tools in the operative box of the HRM.
This tools will help to structure the organization (mapping, job analysis, job profiling ...) or to promote internal motivation (yearly evaluation, remuneration policy, management by objectives).
Rules and recommandations will also be given for budgeting and cost controlling of wages and social costs. |

| Course objective : | Discover and analyze any strategic tools or bridge tools about :
- management of competencies acquisition
- financial stimulation of these comeptencies
- development of the competencies in the organization. |

| Prerequisites : | any course as introduction to the HRM or the course organized in 2d Bac of HEC "People Management" |
|
| Workshops : | Applicants will be invited to participate (in group or alone) to 5 five case-studies organized during the course.
This working papers deal with problems of organization of the social fonction,or study a case of job analysis, aanalyze a case of restructuration with lay-off, purpose the redaction of a job opportunity with conformity or the calculation of awages and cost rates.
The topics can be changed in function of the actuality.
Good results for all thies cases will be included in the final cotation. |

| Written notes : | syllabus dd 200 pages to sell at The centrale des cours HEC.Be carefull (frequent reeditions and nowadays, 11 ed. (15/09/05).
Documentation file with models and typical formulars is also available apart. |

| Assessment : | Participation to the 5 exercices and case-studies introduced on the oral course.
Oral examination with written exercice and oral questions by drawing of lots. |
