| Course contents : | The objectives of this course is to give any familiarization for the future people manager or coach manager, to the principal rules regarding the belgian working marketplace.
Accent will be given to the rules of hiring, the different kinds of collaboration and the contents of the classic clausules in belgian contracts.
Information will also be given about the legal rules of suspension or disrupting of the working relationship. |

Make comparison between independant and wage earner.
Give all details from the belgian law about workingcontract dd 03/07/78.
Play with the different kinds of workingcontracts and subzidiation. |
