Course objective :  The fisrt part of the lectures will describe the factor influencing the structure and the properties of proteins. The second part will be devoted to the different chromatography techniques used for the puriifcation of proteins.
Prerequisites :  Course of general biochemistry

Course of biophysic and general chemistry
Workshops :  4 days of practical lectures deveoted to the purification and characterization of paravalbumine from pike

The laboratories will done at the following place:
