Each system or apparatus is systematically presented with definition and illustration of the subjective and objective signs. The illustrations come from the book " Guide pratique de l'examen physique" de D. Novey (Maloine, 2002). It is also referred to the textbook "Examen clinique" by O. Epstein et al (deBoeck, 2000).
