Course objective : 1. To understand the conceptual and epistemological frameworks related to change and its intentional conducting
2. To acquiere theorical basis needed to decode the main processes of consultance
3. To acquiere methodological and technical bases needed to sustain the main processes of consultance
4. To become aware of the great current problematics of organisations and the role played in them by consultance in organisational psychology
5. To put in prospect the professional opportunities offered by consultance in organisational psychology
6. To develop a critical look towards consultance in organisational psychology, its theory and its practices
Prerequisites : Course of Organisational Psychology
Workshops : This mandatory practical work takes the form of participating in a week-end of role play and case studies, during which situations of change met by professional consultants are simulated and strategies they used are analysed. The practical work will be subject to a written report which will serve as the basis for the awarding of grades.
Written notes : A dossier containing relevant reading constituted by the students
Assessment : A business case, real but "anonymised", is hand out to the students several weeks before the exam. By group of three, the students analyse the problem exposed in the case, work out and document an intervention proposal. The exam takes to form of the presentation and defense of this proposal.
