Course contents : After a general introduction that presents the various approaches in psychopathology, the psychological interpretations of different psychopathological states (depression, PTSD, social phobia, schizophrenia) will be presented and discussed. In particular, both conscious and unconscious cognitive dysfunctions (biases, deficits, and dysfunctional beliefs), which accompany these psychopathological states, will be addressed. Finally, the clinical implications of a cognitive approach in psychopathology will also be described.
