Course contents : Language system; language comprehension and production;sign language; nonverbal systems of communication;written language; language assessment;animal capabilities regarding language and origins of human language; bilingualism and multilingualism;major language disorders (an introduction).
Course objective : Introduce the student to the major concepts and domains within language psychology or psycholinguistics.
Prerequisites : nil
Organization : ex cathedra
Written notes : List available from the department secretary.
Assessment : Written examination (QCM) in sessions.
