| Course contents :
| THis course deals with a series of industrial techniques which can be used in a laboratory. These may envolve depending on recent technological developments. Today's topics are in general. -automation -pneumatics -applied electronics -electrotechnics -machnie-tool -industrial chemistry techniques -various captors and activators | |

| Course objective :
| Today business executive must be polyvalent and it is more essential that the engineer be able to master technical matters or at least be a competent participant in professional discussions. This course aims to place students in front of the implementation of a technological application. They will have to define, with the support of the professor, a project they want to acheive. Also, they will be confronted with several problems simulating the professional reality such as the application of theoretical knowledge, the writing of a feasibility study, of specifications, the conception and building of an industrial-type prototype. The students willa slo encounter difficulties in organising, managing time and working in teams. A succession of keys-steps (preliminary, progress and final reports) will allow to simulate a process of industrial development. | |
