Course contents : This course is a residential one week seminar

Stage 1 ( 15 hours)
General concepts of the following domains : accounting and finance, operations management, Marketing, human ressources management and other related topics

Stage 2 ( on monday)
Presentation made by a lecturer linked to the following fields: philosophy, ethics, economics, politics, citizenship

Stage 3 ( on tuesday)
Business game, role play, case study ( fin the CEO position) on some of these subjects: leadership, executive decision making, entrepreneurship, how to mange his/her personal life.
How to communicate and to convince, how to create and innovate

Stage 4 ( from wednesday till friday)
Corporate strategy, corporate integration, key moments in the corporate life, corporate vision and objectives, planning and implementation, corporate governance
Course objective : This course will enable students to integrate the various management functions, to synthetise them to take or help take strategic decisions according to the corporate vision
Prerequisites : None
Organization : This seminar requires participants' involvment.
