Course contents : Linear programming : definition & objectives, analytical & graphic solutions, simplex algorithm, practical rule, dual problem, parametrization techniques , numerical examples & case study.
-Models solving with simulation
-Concrete problem solving with a selection of software: linear programming with integers and dynamic programming
Course objective : Definition & integration of the optimization concept in the economic & financial environment.
Introduction to Operational Research methods
Training for optimization techniques through the analysis of decision making models
Prerequisites : MQG 704 Mathematics
MQG 716 Mathematics
Ability to use MS-Office Suite ( Word, Excell, Access, Powerpoint , etc.)
Organization : -Course exclusively taught in English
