Complements and special issues : Topography and GNSS

Course contents : The course addresses specialized issues in GNSS and topography ; it is organized in the form of seminars. The following topics will be covered :
- the added value of Galileo and of the modernized GPS systems for applications in topography;
- the use of the Belgian FLEPOS and WALCORS reference networks and of the Real Time Kinematic observation technique for applications in topography.
The other topics will depend on the student's interest.
Course objective : The goal is to provide the students with information on specialized topics in topography and GNSS which will depend on their own interest.
Prerequisites : Specialized courses of topography and GNSS are required ; basic courses of mathematics and general physics are also necessary.
Organization : The course is organized in the form of 4 seminars (2h30 each during the second semester).
