| Course contents : | Partim I: The course centers on a general theme (which changes every year), divided into several under-themes more accurate or technical, all of them insprired by business life, or, more widely, the world of economic exchanges. The aim is to study a specific field, through its legal dimension aswell as through its economical, historical and sociological aspects, The subjects being for the teacher a field of research, links will be made between them and and the course. For the academic year 2005-2006, the general theme will be : « Economical Liberalism and Legal Speech ». The aim will be the relationships between economical theory of a market economy system, and the legal system which has to enforce those principles into rules. The teaching is grounded on Michel FOUCAULTs lecture at the Collège de France in 1978-1979, specifically centered on liberalism and its differents families. Partim II : This course deals with specific corporate issues such as the transfer of companies, the liability of the founders of a company, how to use the possibilities offered by corporate law to meet businesses needs, etc. These are only examples. The definitive choice of the topics may depend on recent case law, or new statutes.

| Course objective : | Partim I: The aim is to point out a specific problem of business law, with links with disciplines other than law (essentially economy) and exercising of critical mind on the specific subject. Partim II : This course should give to the students the opportunity to study and discuss thoroughly some corporate issues.
