| Course objective :
| this course aims on the one hand to describe the main gaims, from a legal point of view, of the European single market, and on the other hand, to make students understand the dynamics of a process, which by going further every year, makes the practice conditions of doing business in Europe, more and more compaarable. In this context where the law is in constant development , we aim at providing students with the access methods to appropriate documentory sources. | |
