Course objective : Obviously, the first purpose is to offer the student the opportunity to work on a constitutional issue in another legal context.

Some Belgian students take this course as a way of prefering their SOCRATES program (from a linguistic and legal point of view).

The other way round, some SOCRATES students choose this course as a way to improve their knowledge of (written) French and to bette know the Belgian constitutional system.
Prerequisites : Not available
Organization : The topics are chosen and the students begin to work at the beginning of the first quadrimester. They must have finished for the spring holidays. However, we accomodate for special cases (Belgian students or SOCRATES students leaving earlier).
Assessment : There is no formal exam, but a discussion of the paper with the Professor.
