Learning unit contents

Learning the technical bases useful and necessary for Internists. Made up of modules and workshops covering:
 
- Procedural acts: venomous access, various punctures, etc.
- The basics of CPR
- An approach to ultrasound
 
The workshops and modules will be spread over the first 3 years of the Master of Specialization in Internal Medicine and associated disciplines.
 

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

At the end of these workshops you will be able to carry out the various procedural acts of General Internal Medicine.

You will also have acquired the basics of ultrasound, an essential tool for modern medicine.

You will be trained to perform CPR independently.

opics will be covered as follows:

- Theoretical reminder

- Video, sheet or PPT explaining the procedure

- Simulation training on a mannequin.

 

Reminder modules will be available on MAEL. Personal training during your internship is also essential
