Learning unit contents

Introduction to work & organizational psychology with basic concepts, methods and some actual research topics. These include: organisational change, the scientific approach, the current work context, stress/burnout, safety at work, competence, professional selection, the HR function, etc.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

Bring the students to develop a scientific process in the study of the relations between man and work.
Introduce the fields of practices of Human Resource Development and Ergonomics
