Theme: Restoration File Establishment Methodology
Presentation of the process of developing a conservation-restoration project and its specificities in the framework of the Brussels Capital Region, in the Flemish Region and in the Walloon Region:
- Status of the owner, private, public, organizer of a competition,
- Multidisciplinary approach,
- Graphic documents,
- Procedure of the CP heritage certificate, participation of the architect and art historian of the SPW, the CRMSF, the representative of the municipal administration,
- Health and safety coordination at the project stage, at the construction stage,
- Integration and coordination of the results of the preliminary studies,
- Planning application file,
- Administrative specifications,
- Description of works or technical specifications, reference publications,
- Particularities with regard to waste,
- Detailed or descriptive summaries, summaries, cost estimates,
- Tendering report, designation of the successful tenderer.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit
At the end of the learning activity, the student will be able to - identify and understand all the procedures and procedures relating to the practice of restoration; - to apprehend the process for the restoration of a heritage object.
