Course organized in UCL

  • Analysis of the major structures developed by organizational psychologists to understand the attitudes and behaviours of individuals at work: job satisfaction, involvement, organizational justice, perceptual functional support, performance, absenteeism, turnover, etc.
  • Identification of the backgrounds, consequences, and variables associated to these concepts and analysis of their contribution to clarify these concepts.
  • Analysis of models proposed in the literature to explain these attitudes and behaviours at work.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

By providing students with a knowledge of the psychology of individual conduct at work, this course aims to lead them to analyze the various elements of the employee-employer relationship and to learn the theories and models explaining the attitudes and behaviors of individuals at work as well as their practical implementation.

Mode of delivery (face to face, distance learning, hybrid learning)
