Learning unit contents

For non-lawyers, the course describes, in broad terms, legal issues posed by the working man and man without work and the diversity of responses through time and space. A historical and comparative approach is preferred to a statement of positive law, in order to adapt to the needs of students in the human science.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

At the end of the course the student is able to understand the issues of social law, it relates to the collective labor relations (right to strike, unions responsibility, ...) or individual (safety, equality of workers, ...), the social security law or employment policy and vocational training.

Lectures.
a class session will be given in two separate groups.
Depending on the health situation, appropriate learning activities could be planned.

Additional information:

If the health situation allows it, a test will be organised. Students will get an extra point of 0.5 for the exam (out of 20) if they get between 10 and 13 out of 20, and of 1.0 if they get 14 or more out of 20. This bonus will be valid for both sessions.
