Contenus de l'unité d'enseignement

The era of linear innovation management and incremental product and service improvement has come to an end. In a fast changing and uncertain environment with digital technologies affecting almost every aspect of our economies and societies, business leaders must anticipate key trends impacting their businesses to respond quickly. Leaders must have the tools, skills and mindset to identify and assess key trends and derive implications for possible future outcomes in order to develop, iterate, and implement value-creating innovative solutions for sustainable business success.
The components of this course are related to topics such as entrepreneurship, startups, and the external environment of a company. Therefore, we will also draw on your acquired skills from the past courses "The firm's external environment" and "Entrepreneurship and Business Modeling".
