Learning unit contents :
This course aims at providing the students support to carry out their personal project and write their master's thesis.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit :
This course is organised in different classes. It will familiarize students with the formal guidelines for writing their personal project or their thesis, during the Master in Population and Development Studies. Classes will help students conduct bibliographic research, write a bibliography, formulate research questions and hypotheses, and make choices related to methodology or field of research. Students will have mutiple opportunities to meet with teachers to discuss the progress made on their personal project (or their thesis), and ask questions.
