Learning outcomes of the learning unit :

| The aim is to enable students to master the basic concepts of therapeutic patient education and apply them in a clinical situation.
Students will be able integrate a team by providing theoretical elements and links between theory and practice in every part of the TPE process associated with chronic patients. |

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :

| Methods: presentations, talks, debates, exercises.
Interactive classes. First of all, students are asked to think about and comment on a scenario relating to a particular theme, in small groups. The students' opinions are collected. Notions and illustrations relating to the theme are presented and discussed. Finally, the learning objectives are defined. |
