Learning unit contents :

| Through the various disciplines presented in this module, will be met the main aspects concerning the embryonic development of the nephro-urinary system, the systematic and topographic anatomy, the neuro-anatomy and the histology of the kidney, the ureters, the bladder and the urethra, the physiology and the biochemistry of the kidney. All these elements concerning the normal man will be approached in a integrated way, by establishing - every time it is possible - the relation between the structure and the function.
Regarding the semiology, the clinical and biological signs related to renal disease and pathologicalphysiological aspects are analyzed during the course. A comparison between normal people and kidney disease patients will be made. |
