| Semiconductor physics fundamentals. Electronic devices : pn junction, Schottky diode, bipolar transistor, field-effect transistor. Circuit analysis, transfer function, frequency response. Operational amplifier et basic circuits. Introduction to digital electronics : numbers, logic gates, boolean algebra, combinatory logic circuit design, sequential circuits. Converters. Introduction to instrumentation. | |||||
